This organization was created to train students to learn how to deal with the different norms, culture and leadership that they need to be more competitive and productive office worker and administrator.
Mission:
This organization will help it's members to be more globally competitive worker/ managers by training and exposing each individuals to different norms, culture and leadership programs and activities.
Vision:
The organization will help each every student to be more professional and productive worker/manager so that they could help our country in terms of economy and our community by helping them to meet their wants.
Objectives:
- To train students improve their human behavioral organization skill and understanding towards the peoples that they meet and faced in their future working place.
- To produce more globally competitive and productive worker/manager for the benefit of our country and community.
- To teach every students to learn the different ways how to handle a office and manage the people that they lead.
Organizational Environment:
We work in a On Line and Off Line Sessions. Our professor/president of the company will impose different ways and techniques inside the classroom and also online. During every Off line sessions our company president will teach us different activities it's either individual or by group. We will tackle about what is the right ways how to act like a real office worker and to know or understand more about ourselves and the different human behavior. We are given different kinds of activities that will let us know if we can stay or resign in our job.During every on line sessions we are given a activities on the internet using our blogs and KAUGNAY.blogspot.com to comply to the activities that we need to complete our task. Every meeting either on line or off line sessions our president will make sure that in every single things we learn will be very useful for our future jobs.
Organizational Behaviors and Leadership:
Our organization is headed by our president who will give and impose works, duties, rules, tasks and activities for every managers. The managers will follow their boss by doing the task that was given to them as soon as they can. Not complying with the requirements will be given suctions appropriate for the mistake that you make. Every students were given a time to shine in terms of letting them express what is in the back of their minds. Our president will always let us evaluate our co-workers (sometimes he evaluate us) by letting us state our suggestions, decisions and ideas towards each other. The organization will help each every student to deal with their boss and the different managers.
